  1. This looks very tasty- I do make kebabs, or meatball variations often, and I will definitely give your version with sumac a go. Although I live in London I am jealous of your access to Brussels markets! I lived in Brussels for 3 years as I managed the Waterstone’s and lived in St Gilles. I loved the Chatelain market, just a lovely experience. Have fun in the city!
