Yes, the market is still on every sunday – some stands are open until 2pm, but we would recommend coming at 12 the latest. You can easily find breakfast & a nice cafe at Place Jourdan around the market. As for chocolate – why not have a look here: https://tastesofbrussels.wordpress.com/chocolate/

When we visit we like Au Vatel for breakfast, if not to sit down at least to take away some delicious treats!
